Wale - W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.E. (Live in Australia)
Wale shuts Australia down with his performance of “W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.E.”. It’s cool to see him do it big on an international scale. It’s not a thing of luck either his grind and work ethic is undeniable. So big ups to the homie Wale.
Lupe Fiasco - Go Go Gadget Flow & Dumb It Down (Live @ USF)
I know I show love, and I got love for plenty of people in Hip Hop, but I’ma come out and set the record straight. Lupe Fiasco is one of the best, if not the best Hip Hop artist to emerge in this generation. I would go on and explain why in a long well deserved breakdown, but I wont. Instead I’m just going to put that out there if you disagree with me cool. Honestly, I know due to the amount of genres I post that we have people checking us from all musical walks of life. If you don’t like Hip Hop, or just haven’t given it a chance - do yourself a favor and get yourself Lupe’s albums. The first one is ground breaking, and the second is a follow up that cant be denied. I mean as much as Wayne deserved to win a Grammy Award (because of album sales, and yes it was a good album too) you just cant put Wayne and Lupe in the same category and have Lupe lose that’s some crazy sh*t to me.
T.I. - This Is Detox (feat. Kobe)
A CDQ version of the song formerly known as “This Is Hip Hop” has surfaced recently. Apparently this is a reference track meant for Dr.Dre’s album which may or most likely may not (I’m not as optimistic as y’all) release this year. For me, it was always just a rumor that Dr.Dre had ghost writer’s all over his last album Chronic 2001, but I mean I kinda wrote it off as an urban legend.
TreaZon - Tonight (feat. Drake)
I was checking up on ATF (b.k.a. everything Drake possible), and I came across this “new” but old release, which Drake is featured on. By the way if you haven’t checked out All Things Fresh please do, becuase the revamped the look and it’s sexy.
Team Patta Varsity Jackets
The Patta crew blessed their team with a nice and classic varsity jacket for the new year. They kept it simple and made a black body, white sleeves, “Team Patta” embroidery on the back and of course a large varsity “P” on the front. The jackets were made for employees and crew only and will not be sold.
