Since then we got a short video of Cudi performing the song which is also got loads of attention. Finally, the studio version of the song produced by Kanye hits the net and it was worth the wait. Uniforms for the Dedicated 2009 Spring/Summer Collection
Swedish contemporary label Uniforms for the Dedicated continues their collective ideas into a new collection for Spring/Summer 2009. The label serves as a platform for musicians, illustrators, artists and designers who continuously are invited to contribute with their innovative efforts. Together with the core group they become a natural part of an expanding network with this new season featuring a contribution from musician Johan Idesjö, showcasing his music inspired illustrations. The collection can be found in stores around the world including Paris, London, Berlin, Milan, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Tokyo, and NYC amongst others. On March 6th, 2009, Uniforms will also be opening their first concept store in collaboration with +46 in the PUB-building of Central Stockholm.
Stussy SS09 Collection
We recently brought you news about the arrival of Stussy’s spring launch at their Toronto store, and for those who couldn’t make it, they’ve realeased info online. They’ve enlisted graphic designers John Pound and Peter Bagge to help out with the line, and they’ve got themselves yet another winner. Their spring collection is somewhat subdued, but their distinctive quirks are all over the line. Get ready to order the collection right here or visit a nearby Stussy location.
Nike - Air Yeezy
Zen Grey/Light Charcoal
After months and months of speculation, the Nike Air Yeezy will finally be released. The high top sneaker that pays homage to various historic Air Jordan and Nike sneakers from Nike’s history was designed by Kanye West along with Nike designer, Mark Smith, together they created a shoe that not only looks great but also was able to keep the Louis Vuitton Don comfortable while touring across the world on his Glow in the Dark Tour. The first color of the Air Yeezy is the Zen Grey and Light Charcoal colorway that has been spotted on West’s feet on a number of occasions as well as DJ AM’s in the latest Nike iD Kobe Bryant commercial. The Air Yeezy features a glow in the dark outsole, midfoot strap, as well as a new “Y” shaped lacelock. Additionally the shoe features a new all over “Y” print that was inspired by the Air Jordan Elephant Print.
The first colorway that will be released is this Zen Grey and Light Charcoal colorway, pictured above. Two additional colorways are scheduled to be released in the upcoming months in addition to the Zen Grey and Light Charcoal colorway, including a Black/Black colorway and a Net/Net colorway. via NikeTalk.
