Heading into their third year, Cleveland-based Wrath Arcane continue their contemporary creations of classic garment silhouettes. As usual, the label reflects an earnest, designer quality product with an assortment of premium textiles and cuts. For this 2009 fall/winter preview, the independent label also introduces a nicely designed tonal boot model to compliment their impressive lineup.
